Reassigning DV plates, but getting the Q014 ELP SURRENDERED Error. Does this need to go to IBC/SPU?
Why do I receive Q014 ELP SURRENDERED Error?
The dealer needs to call the DMV at (916) 657-8035 to remove the suspension from the plate.
