How should a person’s name appear on the report of sale?
In order to complete registration applications, it is necessary to provide the true full name of the registered owners.
The true full name refers to the complete and exact name that the individual would use on legal documents.
This information can be found on either their driver license or ID card, and should include the person's first name or initial, middle name or initial, and last name.
This requirement is outlined in Chapter 1, Section 1.145.
