Certificate of Non-Operation (CNO)
What is Certificate of Non-Operation (CNO)?
The Certificate of Non-Operation is used to remove a vehicle from PNO status. A CNO may be submitted for any period of past time, not future time, and must cover the beginning and ending dates of the period in question.
Note: The Dealer Inventory date cannot be present if the vehicle is being removed from PNO. The error message below will be generated if the Dealer Inventory date is present. After ing the CNO box, remove the Dealer Inventory date.
