D085 UNABLE TO GENERATE ZIP OR COUNTY CODE - MUST BE KEY
Why do I get D085 error code?
POSSIBLE REASON:
DMV requires the complete address to process and it cannot be generated automatically generated from the city entered.
SOLUTION:
Please, check mark the box labeled "Address has changed since last registration renewal" and enter the owner's address.
