Check to make sure that the Desking and Forms on Demand subscriptions in DMVdesk Billing are active.
If they are suspended or the store does not have a subscription, enable the subscriptions and remove them immediately after changing the deal status.
Most likely the store is under new ownership and the logbook that you’re looking at is old.
