After a client uses the Emergency RS, what is the process for adding to the logbook and notifying DMV?
The client should email a copy to [email protected].
When answering the ticket, we should go to "Create Deal" in the client's logbook, add as much info as possible from the RS copy.
Include a note in the comments section "Deal was manually created, please verify all info". Then email Geetha a copy of the RS so she can notify DMV of the sale.
