*Note: When calling CPD helpdesk, please state site id V56 first (to pull up the company’s name). All other site ids are newer, and DMV cannot always find our association with the other sites. Also, when DMV goes down with an error R508 or Q023, please wait 12 minutes before calling CPD.
When items are stuck in “Pending Status”
* When a client calls in regarding the issue, just let them know that the item will update automatically when the DMV’s database updates.
* If the items have not updated by the next day, please instruct he client to wait unril 12pm in order to receive the report we get from the DMV with the success and failed transactions from the following day.
Note: If there is a lot of items that got stuck in pending, it may take the developers longer to reconcile the data.
