A deal cannot be marked as rollback. Error message says “deal cannot be marked as rollback - internal error.”
Why do I get “deal cannot be marked as rollback - internal error.” error message?
If the ROS was issued by another service provider and not by Vitu, then remove the ROS number in the Edit deal screen and you should be able to save the deal and mark it as rollback.
