D310 ORGANIZATION CODE INVALID
Why do I receive D310 error code?
This error is due to having a personalized or special plate on file and a transfer is taking place.
The vehicle needs to be sub-plated. However, it will return this error if the previous plate had a symbol.
This error will also occur if you are assigning a 'Veteran' plate and didn't enter the correct organizational code. It may need to be processed via
