The dealer does not need to send the ROS to Sacramento. It should be kept in the deal jacket instead.
Since the transaction involving plate number AB516, the DMV no longer requires Customer Demand/Out of State transactions to be sent to Sacramento.
Instead, the RS is reflected in the Daily Rosin file that is sent to the DMV.
