Why do I get D098 error code?
POSSIBLE REASON:
The license plate type on the DMV record does not match the vehicle type in the request.
SOLUTION:
Please confirm if the vehicle is Auto or Commercial (or motorcycle) and select the appropriate Vehicle Type.
