How to add a new make?

After verifying the make is a valid make with the CA DMV:

In billing - Type in the username field “User”.

Then go to TEST user.

Log into Portal and go to FIRSTaa.

Then go to the Support Tab and to go Make Codes.

Key in the make code in the look for box.

Then click find now.

If you do not see it as a make, the next step is to go to the DMV Make Code List(Need to get this list from support) to see if it is there and needs to be added.

If it is not on their list, we would need to reach out to have the make code added with a copy of the MSO or out of state title.
