VIN Verification Process

Fee: $75 for the first vehicle, $15 for each subsequent vehicle done on the same visit and same location.

Susan and Napa must be informed of the vin verifications before end of day so that they may bill the dealership for that day. The dealer will then be ACH'd the following day.

Send an email to Susan and Napa with the following information in the subject line:

Vin Verification - Dealership name - # of Verifications done
Example: Vin Verification - Shelly BMW - 4 

Then, in the body of the email, list the stock # and vin number of the vehicle(s). This will be referenced in the invoice.

Vin Verifications should be limited to the dealership lot. Only under approved circumstances should you conduct a verification offsite. If this type of situation arises, the vin verification will be done with two MVSC employees present.
