How can a dealer submit proof of insurance?
Effective December 31, 2023, the Notification of Alternative Forms of Financial Responsibility (Reg 085) form is no longer acceptable to show as proof of commercial and fleet insurance.
Electronic insurance for these vehicles must be submitted by a commercial or fleet insurance provider.
The reg 5085 is being revised to remove the Commercial Insurance segment from section 2.
