OR -[RequireDomicileProof: Required]

This error is returning from the DMV based on the customers address.  To troubleshoot:
google customers provided address to make sure it is not a prohibited address such as:

Mail station (allowed if continuous traveler or unhoused)
Camp ground
flagged business

The DMV has certain address flagged for review and if the provided address has been proven to be correct, including if the customer has validated the Mail station/PO Box is where they are registering (continuous traveler), these transactions must go directly to DMV for processing and cannot be processed in Vitu.
