A deal is not pulling over with Desking. Another FI person was able to pull deals over successfully on the same PC. What could be the cause?

First, to make sure that they are using Electron to try to pull over the deal. Chances are that the user attempting to pull the deal doesn’t have Electron loaded on his desktop because he is using a different Windows profile.

If you determine that the FI person wasn’t using Electron, navigate to the c:/MVSC folder and locate the Electron application.

Then, send a shortcut to the Desktop. Have the user login and attempt to pull the deal once more using Electron.
