Error D268 (INVALID CNO REQUEST CNO)
Why do I get D268 error code?
Please ensure either a Dealer Number or Prior Year
Registration has been keyed appropriately.
In the case of scenario:
1.) This will need to go to the DMV to have the PFR removed.
2.) See error D267.
3.) Verify the current status of the PNO. If the vehicle does not currently have a PNO and the error persists, this will need to go to the DMV.
