Dealer has a L/O transfer where the vehicle has a legacy plate and they're getting the error code Q152 RETRIEVED LIC# \-VS\- PWO INQUIRY LIC#
Why do I receive Q152 error code?
If a vehicle has any type of special plates, a legal owner transfer can not be completed through efile. It will have to go to either SPU or Field Office.
