D196 LSR/LSE DATA NOT ALLOWED IN THIS TTC (OWNER_NAME_1)
Why do I get D196 error code?
POSSIBLE REASON:
DMV had detected duplicate Lease Flags in the name fields.
SOLUTION:
Please remove the Lease flags. DMV Desk will add the lease flags automatically to the submitted data.
