KSR password reset. Customer is not receiving the reset email with a temporary password.

How to get the reset email with a temporary password when resetting KSR password?

If a customer calls in saying they are not receiving their reset password, do the following:

  1. Have customer check their spam folder.
  2. Ask Napa, Tre, or Shay if the email address appears in our failed email list and to remove it. When an email address fails, we put it on a list of failed emails and will not send an email to that address unless it is removed.
  3. If all of the above does not work, add your work email address to the user’s profile and have the reset password email sent to your address. Then forward the email to the user. Once complete, remove your email address and put the users address back as their primary email address.
