How do you add a dealer to the MVSC Registration Service account so that MVSC can post fees for a dealer?

This should be done in instances where the dealer is not yet BPA approved, but is in the application process.

Before sending your request to the DMV, you must obtain your manager’s approval and notify the Contracts department at [email protected]

NOTE: Before any postings are done and any request sent to the DMV, the dealer must have a MVSC Master Service Agreement and banking ACH form on file with Vitu and the Contracts department must be made aware of the request. If these forms have not been submitted, we will not post until we have them.

To add MVSC registration service to the dealers logbook, send an email to [email protected] in the following format:

Once you receive a reply back from the DMV that the account has been approved, please forward the email to Tre, Shay, and Nicole so that they can activate the eFile subscription. You can then proceed to create a username for yourself in Billing under the dealer’s logbook and post the fees.

After you have posted fees, you should email the dealer the completed bundle and inform them that the DMV fees will be ACH’d within 24-48 hours.
