How do I give a user Interstate access?

In order to give a user Interstate access, first make sure that they have Interstate selected in DMVdesk’s Billing portal. Then, go to Vitu Billing and find the user’s profile by looking at either their dealership location or by their name. Once you find their profile, go to the Access section and click Manage Access.

From the Access Management Page, click edit and proceed to select which access they should have (Fees, Forms & Fees, Full Service) then click Save.  Test the setup by clicking LogIn to Portal from the new users profile.
