Error B102 (INVENTORY RETURN CODE)
Why do I get B102 error code?
If this is a Regular plate being reassigned, this will have to be processed by SPU.
If this is a specialty plate take the following steps: Select Re-assign under specialty plate in set up. Enter plate number and the vin from the previous vehicle.
If the error persists this will need to be processed at SPU or field office.
