Error D373 (PNO CODE ‘C’ INVALID – NO OPEN-ENDED PNO ON FILE)
Why do I get D373 error code?
Please confirm if there is a PNO currently on record with an inquiry, if there is no PNO you will need to issue a PNO.
Please note: PNO can only be issued 60 days before the registration expiration and 90 days after the registration.
Please verify the registration expiration date as well, if it is 4 or more years old the record was likely purged, and this must go to the DMV.
