Possible Reasons for KSR Not Working

KSR may not be working due to technical issues, connectivity problems, or software glitches. It is recommended to troubleshoot further to identify the exact cause of the problem.

Expired CRA Renewal with DMV

If you suspect that an expired CRA renewal with the DMV is causing KSR access issues, contact them at 916-657-5564 (Option 3) to inquire about renewing your Commercial Requester Letter.

Change in IP Address
