The rollback logbook indicates that the deal was done through desking and marked as a Rollback due to the vehicle being taken back by the registered owner. In order to resolve this, fees must be posted on the vehicle and once it is in RDF status, you can mark it as a Rollback on your Logbook to remove the status.
Removing a Deal Marked as Rollback
To remove a deal marked as rollback from your logbook, follow these steps:
- Post fees on the item.
- Print the post fee bundle.
- Locate the deal in the logbook and ensure it is in RDF status.
- Click the box on the far left to leave a check mark.
- In the select action drop-down menu at bottom left of screen, choose "mark as rollback."
- Click on "execute action" to confirm.
