Why can't I print certain deals from the deal page anymore?

Printing Deals from Deal Page

If you are experiencing issues printing certain deals directly from the deal page, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To assist you further, please provide us with the RS number associated with the deal so that we can investigate and provide a solution. Thank you for your patience.

Removing Completed Deals

To remove a completed deal from your deals page, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the left-hand side box "send to DMV/IBC" to place it in a bundle.
  2. Enter the date it was sent or cleared, print the information, and file it away in your deal jacket.
  3. Once correction is processed and cleared on KSR, proceed to remove it from your deals page.

Removing Deal from Bundle

To remove your deal from a bundle and return to the deal page:

  1. Locate the paper bundle assigned to your deal on Bundles Page.
  2. Click "Manage" next to corresponding bundle.
  3. In Bundles Page, find transaction assigned to your deal.
