Error with RS Data Readability

If the DMV is unable to read data for the RS, fees cannot be posted electronically. In this case, you can send the paperwork to SPU for manual processing. To do so, create a Work Order and email copies to [email protected] for assistance.

New R/S Transaction Limitation

If you are unable to post fees on a new R/S because it was created today, please note that transactions with a report of sale cannot be processed on the same day they were created. You will need to wait until the following business day when there will be a record of the R/S available for processing.

TIN Number Requirement

The problem with RS 11265659 is that fees were not posted correctly due to missing Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) in the RDF (Record Data File). The DMV requires the TIN number to locate and process fees associated with an RDF. Ensure that the correct TIN number is provided when posting fees for this VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).

Amending Posted Deals

To complete an amended RS for a deal that has already been posted, do not make changes directly on efiled documents. Instead, cross out and initial necessary changes on the RS form. Note that amending Odometer section is prohibited under any circumstances. Attach a REG 262 form along with corrected information.

Error Code D441 Resolution

Error code D441 indicates missing data for specified RS (61667244) in DMV system which requires submission either to SPU or Field Office for processing as it cannot be bypassed.
