Non-Resident Transactions

If you are experiencing issues with non-resident transactions, please note that we are currently investigating the issue. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific time frame for resolution. Error D342 - Subplate Issue

The error code D342 is related to a subplate issue that needs to be changed to N/A and reviewed. This can cause the system to run slower than usual. If you require further assistance, please let us know how we can help.

Error D424 NMVTIS Difference

The error code D424 NMVTIS difference is likely due to a dash in the title number. The system recognizes the dash as part of the title number but does not accept it as it is considered a special character. To resolve this issue, you will need to send your information to DMV or my SPU for further processing.

Sticker Year Selection Issue

If you encounter errors during the transfer process related to sticker year selection, ensure that you check the box for sticker year at the bottom of the page and enter "2024" in the sticker year box. This should address any errors encountered.

Error Code 1003 - DV Plate Configuration Update

The error code 1003 may be occurring due to an outdated configuration of DV plates by DMV. They are working on changing the configuration by placing DV at the back of plates which could lead to transfer issues temporarily until finalized changes occur.

Error DP Plate Sequence Issue (D323)

If you receive error D323 indicating an old plate sequence for DP plates preventing reassignment, consider e-filing with standard plates first then reassigning DP plate using Sub Sticker Transaction method or sending transaction details to SPU for ordering an updated plate sequence.
