In order to transfer your vehicle when it is delivered in Utah, follow these steps:
- Fill out the necessary paperwork for a Used Car Transfer through Efile.
- Check mark the box for PNO and select Generate PNO Fees.
- Indicate "Transfer Only" on the RS form.
- Complete Section C of the Statement of Facts with "Transfer Only."
- In Section G, specify the method of delivery and where the vehicle will be registered out of state.
A title will be issued from Sacramento to you as the customer once all steps are completed. Remember to keep all relevant documents for your records.
