Unlocking KSR Access for Used Car Manager

Can we unlock the KSR access for the used car sales manager without our manager in the office?

Access Request Approval Process

If you are experiencing issues with access requests, it is important to understand the process in place for approvals. In situations where the primary admin is unavailable, users should reach out for assistance to ensure timely approval of their requests.

Admin Availability

It is crucial that at least one administrator is available to approve access requests. If there is only one admin and they are currently unavailable, you may need to wait until they return or follow established protocols by contacting support as discussed in your previous conversations. This will help avoid any delays in obtaining necessary approvals.

Granting KSR Access

To grant KSR (Key System Resource) access for individuals such as Charles Lawson, the used car manager, please follow these steps:

  1. Email a completed INF1128 form to [email protected].
  2. Once we receive the form, we will update his role accordingly.
  3. When Charles logs into his account, he should select the Red Lock icon next to his name located on the top right corner for Terminal Registration.
  4. Navigating from there, go to your ADMIN tab within your portal and find Authorization Requests.

KSR Access Issues

If an individual has not been granted KSR access due to an incomplete INF1128 form submission (as experienced by our sales manager in Paso), administrators must:

  1. Sign the Commercial Entity / Representative section of the INF1128 form.
  2. Email back a completed version of this form to [email protected].

Troubleshooting Access Problems

Please be aware that if KSR access does not appear on sales managers' accounts, our team is actively investigating this issue. We aim to resolve it promptly so all users can enjoy seamless access without interruptions. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

User Role Requests

If additional users require desking access—such as Larry Ingraham—the Sales Manager—you can send a request via email (
