Accessing ELT Numbers

Finance teams can easily add Electronic Title Lienholders (ELT) numbers by following these steps:

1. Visit the DMV website.
2. Select the Shortcuts tab on the homepage.
3. You will find options to access the ELT listing and add bank names as necessary.

Add Desking Tab for New Finance Managers

If a new finance manager requires access to the desking tab on their DMV desk login, an Administrator must take action. Here’s how:

1. The Administrator should send an email request to [email protected].
2. In the email, include a list of names of individuals who need Desking access.

Logbook Access Update

I have successfully added access to the Logbook feature which includes a dashboard where users can view the ELT List. Specifically:

• Martha Raichart: She now has full access to view the ELT Listing.

Please note that Martha needs to log out and then log back into her account for these changes to take effect. This step is essential in ensuring she can utilize her new permissions effectively.
