Ordering One-Way Trip Permits

If you need to order one-way trip permits, follow the steps outlined below for a smooth process.

How to Order One-Way Trip Permits

1. Log in to your Dashboard on DMV Desk.
2. Locate the One Way Trip Permit Order Form.
3. You can print out this form and send it via email.

After submitting your request, you will receive an ACH payment notification for the number of permits requested. The permits will then be mailed directly to you.

Usage of One-Way Trip Permits

No store-specific limitations:

• The one-way trip permits are not assigned to individual stores. If ordered through our SPU team and sent to your store, they can be utilized across all stores under your ownership.

No Quantity Restrictions

You can order as many one-way trip permits as needed; there are no minimum or maximum quantity restrictions in place.

1. Find the Order Form located on the right-hand side of your Dashboard.
2. Email completed forms directly to: [email protected].
