If you've already submitted an ROS (Report of Sale) and wish to change your address while applying for a duplicate title, adhere strictly to these instructions:

2. Efile using this updated information as part of your registration renewal transaction.
3. The following day, file again electronically using Reg 227 for obtaining your duplicate title.
