How to Obtain and Manage RS Logs

Accessing the Logbook Tab

To obtain an RS log for the weekend, you need access to the "Logbook" tab. If you currently do not have access, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact an Administrator at your dealership.
  2. Request that they send an email to the support team on your behalf.

Once your request is processed and access is granted, you will be able to generate and print the RS log as needed.

Temp Tags Update

Please note that Temp Tags do not require reprinting due to any address changes or updates. This simplifies management of documentation related to vehicle sales.

Removing Voided RS Numbers from Your Log

If you need to remove a voided RS (e.g., 60423026) from your log along with other unwound RS numbers, follow these steps:

  1. Navigating to the Desking screen, locate the middle box designated for entering RS numbers.
  2. Enter the specific RS number (for example: 60423026) into this box.
  3. Select the corresponding RS displayed on the right side of your screen by clicking on it.
  4. Select the three lines icon located next to it for more options.
  5. Select "Und" from this menu option as necessary.

Troubleshooting Reprints

If you're unable to retrieve or print an existing log entry:
