How to Reconcile a Bundle and Clear an Item

This guide will help you reconcile a bundle and clear an item in the system. Follow these steps carefully to ensure successful processing.

Step 1: Navigate to the Bundles Page

Begin by accessing the Bundles page. Here, you will find all bundles listed for your review.

Step 2: Locate Your Bundle

Search for Bundle #4405583. Click on it to view its detailed information.

Step 3: Enter Fee Details

Once you're on the bundle details page, input the date when the fee was received and cashiered. This information is crucial for proper reconciliation.

Step 4: Reconcile the Bundle

Select "Reconcile": After entering all necessary details, click on "Reconcile" located at the bottom right corner of your screen. This action will process your request.

You Will Be Redirected:

If successful, you’ll be redirected back to the Deals page, where further actions can be taken regarding e-filing and completing your transaction.

Troubleshooting VIN Issues

If you're unable to locate a specific VIN processed in e-file:

  • Please double-check that all required steps were followed during this process.
  • If issues persist, consider preparing a Work Order and resubmitting it to SPU (Service Processing Unit) for clearance of your deal.

Status Check:

The SPU may still have this item marked as “Processing.” Allow them time to finish their internal processes before invoicing so that it can convert into RDF (Ready For Delivery) in the Deals Page.

Create New Work Order:
