Required Documentation for Posting Fees

Before proceeding with posting fees on a deal, ensure that you have the following documents ready:

• A signed REG4008 form.
• A weight certificate for the unladen weight of the vehicle.

If there are any errors or outstanding items requiring review, these may also hinder your ability to proceed. Make sure all necessary documentation is in order to facilitate a smooth process.

Managing Bundled Deals

If you're unable to mark a deal as out of state, it may be due to its bundled status. Items within a bundle must be removed before changing their status. To proceed:

1. Access the bundle management section.
2. Remove the item from the bundle.
3. Once removed, you can then update the status accordingly.

Processing with DMV IBC

If your deal has already been cleared and sent to DMV IBC for processing, ensure that all necessary actions are completed on the Bundles page prior to reconciling any further steps.

Cancelling Posted Fees on Voided Deals
