Unable to File Fees by Deadline

If you cannot file fees for SPU by tomorrow, it's essential to contact them as soon as possible. You can either email or call SPU and explain your situation regarding the delay in filing fees. They may provide guidance or possibly offer an extension if needed.

Required Documents for DMV Transactions

When sending a deal to the DMV instead of SPU, make sure to include all required documents. The specific documents may vary based on your location and type of transaction. It’s advisable to check with your local DMV office or visit their website for a complete list of necessary documentation.

If you wish to cancel a "Send to DMV" request and redirect it towards SPU instead, simply remove it from its assigned paper bundle. After this step, access your Deals Page where you can print a Work Order specifically for SPU processing.

Sending Documents Directly To SPU

You can send documentation directly to SPU for processing; however, ensure that certain requirements are met:

• The signed title must be provided by the LSR with correct registered owner information.
• The current date and mileage should be included on the title.
• The back of the title needs accurate completion in sections 3a-9b with lienholder information filled out correctly.
• A lien satisfaction document should also be obtained since you possess the physical title.

Dishonored Checks Notice

Please note that if there was a dishonored check involved in this process, all associated fees and penalties will still apply when submitting documents directly through SPU—there's no requirement at this point to involve DMV again.
