Submission Requirements

Original Submission: It is necessary to send in the original RS along with the amended Reg 256 form when submitting an amendment.

Removing a Buyer from an RS Contract

You can remove a buyer from an RS contract using a signed REG 256 form. To do this:

1. Cross out their name on the contract.
2. Have them sign a Statement of Facts acknowledging their removal.
