You can submit your gathered documents as a paper bundle at any field office. Ensure that all required forms are included in your submission package.
E-File Submission via Work Order
If you prefer an electronic approach, create a work order and send it to SPU (Service Processing Unit) for processing. This option allows for quicker handling of your application.
Create a Used Deal in the Logbook
If applicable, follow these steps to create a Used Deal in the Logbook:
- You may leave the RS # field blank during this process or;
- Select an e-filed registration renewal without sending it clear by saving without validation.
Saving Your Transaction
Once you've completed creating your transaction, locate it in the Transaction Log under Vehicle Services. From there, use the three lines on the right side of your saved transaction entry to print a Work Order Request.
