How to Find Tracking Information for Customer Plates

If you need to locate the tracking information for plates sent to a customer, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the Deals Page

Begin by accessing the Deals page. This is where all your deals are listed and managed.

Step 2: Select the Logbook Tab

Once on the Deals page, look for and select the Logbook tab. This section contains detailed records of transactions and shipments.

Step 3: Enter Identification Details

You will need to enter specific identification details related to the deal. You can use either:

• The last six digits of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
• The RS number associated with that particular deal

Please ensure that your filters are set to "all" so that you can view all relevant entries.

Step 4: Locate Your Deal

After entering your identification details, proceed by pulling up the relevant deal from your search results. Look through any displayed options until you find what you're looking for.

Step 5: Access Tracking Details

This step involves clicking on a downward arrow located on the left side of your selected deal. Doing this will open an information window containing various details about that transaction.
