Sticker Year Field Not Updating Correctly

If you are experiencing issues with the sticker year field not updating correctly, follow these steps:

  1. Mark the sticker year box at the bottom of the efile page.
  2. Enter either 2024 or 2025 in the "optional information" field.

If the issue persists after following the above steps, consider seeking assistance from a field office or SPU for processing. You can save this item and access it under the "logbook" tab to initiate an efile transaction. Print a work order request form by clicking on the three lines to the right of the transaction.

Error Q046 - Clearing Inquiry Required

To resolve error Q046, which occurs when there is a posting on file for record:

  1. Modify transaction type to resubmit and verify RDF.
  2. Include TIN number (plate number) and date fees were posted.
  3. Error Q047 - Clearing Inquiry Invalid

If you encounter clearing inquiry error Q047 due to no RDF/PFO on record:

  • Process as clear instead of resubmit.



  • Check ASF box before proceeding if item is late.
    Save deal for review if further issues arise.

    No Transfer to Bundles Tab Issue

    If deals are not being transferred to bundles tab:
      * Review transfer process carefully. * Check settings for any errors or omissions.

      Efile Access Issue After Cache Clearance

    To address efile access issue post cache clearance:
      * Provide IP address for remote troubleshooting. * Allow system access for analysis and resolution. Note:The duplicate title box may remain unchecked during used car transfers if goldenrod box is already checked.
