The D195N error indicates that there may be an issue with how a transaction was categorized. For instance, if a lease was incorrectly entered as a purchase, it could trigger this error message. To prevent future occurrences of this problem, ensure all transactions are accurately classified during entry.

No changes have been made to the transfer tab within Vehicle Services; it remains available for use. To process a transfer:
- Select "Deals." E-file a transfer as needed based on whether it's between dealers or involves private transfers (in which case documents must be sent directly to local DMV field offices).
