Regaining KSR Access Assistance

If you are experiencing issues with running KSR's, follow the steps below to regain access:

Step 1: Fill out Location Description

- Click on the red lock icon to bring up a small window.

- Fill out the Location Description and select KSR as the permission requested.

- Click "I Agree" to agree to the terms and submit your request.

Step 2: Contact Admin for Approval

- Once you have submitted your request, contact your Admin for approval.

Step 3: Log Out and Log Back In

- Log out of your account and log back in once approved for KSR access to be restored.

Your terminal registration will remain saved unless cookies are cleared. If you need further assistance or clarification, feel free to reach out.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Log Out and Log Back In: - Try logging out and logging back in. Check if your access is restored.
2. Verify IP Address: - Hover over dealer name on top right. - Then hover over your name to check if displayed IP matches provided earlier. - Feel free to refresh screen as well.
3. Contact Support: - If issue persists, please try refreshing screen again or seek further assistance from support team.
