How to Request Access for KSR

If you need access to KSR, follow these simple steps to ensure your request is processed efficiently.

Step 1: Check the Lock Status

Begin by looking at the lock icon located in the top right corner of your portal. The color of this lock will indicate whether your terminal is registered:

  • Red Lock: Your terminal is not registered.
  • Orange Lock: Your request has been submitted and is pending approval.

Step 2: Submit a Request

If you see a red lock, click on it to initiate your access request. You will be prompted to provide additional information:

  1. Description of Location: Enter a brief description of where you are within the dealership (e.g., sales tower or finance office).
  2. Select Permission Type: Choose "KSR" from the list of permissions you're requesting.
  3. Acknowledge Terms: Agree to any terms presented during this process.

Your completed request will then be submitted for processing. Once you've done this, keep an eye on the lock status again!

Step 3: Await Approval

If successful, the lock should change from red to orange after submission. At this point, it's important that you reach out to your Admin for final approval on your access request. They may have additional steps or requirements before granting full access.
